Crew Law, P.A. was founded by Adam M. Gross to provide clients with an innovative approach to the attorney-client relationship, focused on sophisticated legal representation while acknowledging the principal role of the client and the client’s team of advisors.
The foundation of the “crew” philosophy originated in Adam’s experience sailing as a racing crew member on his father’s sailboat in Rhode Island and Florida. A sailboat race is won through a concerted effort of the captain and crew balancing skill and knowledge while responding to external elements constantly subject to change. Each member of the crew adds essential value in their role.
